Not available to take delivery of your order Monday to Friday, why not arrange to have your product delivered on a Saturday via our preferred delivery partner TNT. Your order will be despatched through this well known and well respected Nationwide carrier direct to your door for a quick and convenient delivery, and can be arranged for next day (if order placed before 3pm the day before).
The Saturday delivery service is available for deliveries to UK mainland only. Highlands and Islands may incur extra charge so if you are unsure please contact us at enquiries@sweatband.com The dedicated Saturday delivery is arranged via TNT, a very well known National parcel carrier. They aim to transport and deliver every parcel quickly and correctly to ensure all goods arrive in A1 condition and that you are happy with the receipt.
In order to facilitate this delivery for heavier items it will require somebody to be at the other end to assist the driver with the unloading of the product from the vehicle. The drivers do on the whole have sack trucks and similar to assist in the lift and transportation of heavy items, but it is
expected that a degree of customer flexibility is understood
By agreeing to the dedicated TNT Saturday delivery you agree to:
- be available for acceptance of the delivery between the hours of 8.00 am and 6pm on the next Saturday after receipt of the order (or the following Saturday id after 2 pm of the day before)
- assist the driver with offloading and moving of the goods from the vehicle to the property as required.
- admonish Sweatband.com of any injury you incur relating to the assistance and transfer of this product from vehicle to premises
- cover any redelivery charge incurred by Sweatband.com due to you not being available to accept the delivery
- check the package upon receipt and make a note of any potential damage in transit as this will affect your right to return the goods to Sweatband.com Ltd free of charge
Sweatband.com will make every effort to ensure the goods arrive in perfect condition and on time, but as it is an external carrier company we also place our total faith in the external carrier to complete the job on the day requested.
Please note: The carrier is unable to give a time slot and so the delivery will be between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm on the
day.
