Program 1 Manual Specify your designated exercise by entering options like time, distance, calories and speed for your personal training program. Program 2 Distance Here you can specify your designated distance. Upon completion the program automatically reduces speed by 0,5 km/h per second to standstill. Program 3 Time Preset your designated time. Upon completion the program reduces automatically the speed by 0,5 km/h per second to standstill. Program 4 Calories This program allows you to enter the number of calories which you wish to burn. After completion speed automatically reduces by 0,5 km/h per second to standstill. Program 5 15 minutes basic training Here you can select between 5 different speed levels and run 15 minutes at this level.
