The Reebok DMT C7.5e Elliptical Cross Trainer Program Details:
Program 1 time - target setting Specify your designated training period or exercise the preset length of training. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level according to your training condition.
Program 2 distance / target setting Here you can set the designated training distance. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level e.g. in order to simulate steep incline.
Program 3 calories - target setting You're target is to lose weight: By simply entering the number of calories you want to burn this program supports you to achieve your goal. Start with the exercise and modify the resistance level any time during the training.
Program 4 fat burning Long training duration at low intensities are very effective fort fat burning. This program is geared to fat burning; again the settings can be modified at any time.
Program 5 resistance interval training The resistance interval workout exercises both your cardiovascular system as well as your muscular system. Permanent transition between stress phases with high intensity and relaxation phases with low intensity are attributes of the interval training. Thereby you can select between 8 different intensity levels (L1-8) that automatically change the resistance but not the incline. Resistance and incline can also be adjusted manual.
Program 6 - incline interval training The incline interval workout exercises both your cardiovascular system as well as your muscular system.
