New Polar Running Computers have been designed for planning, monitoring and analysing your training progress. These superb products meet the demands of runners with racing aspirations. The Polar RS400sd comes with Polar S1 foot pod for detailed speed/pace and distance tracking.
With the RS400sd comes with all the same features as the RS200 but with the addition of a separate foot pod. This foot pod attaches easily and comfortably to your running shoe laces and accurately measures speed, distance and your pace from the beginning to the end of your training. It measures your heart rate, combined speed and distance and sets heart rate sport zones depending on how hard you want to train. The RS400sd also tracks your last 16 training sessions and your last 16 weeks of training then calculates the time spent on each training zone to show how effective your training session was.
